If you are a managed services customer you can now log a support request with our help desk online
Click here to launch our support portal. Enter your username and password as supplied by Country I.T. and create your support request.
If you do not have a username and password for your business please call Country I.T. on 02 66628867 to arrange one.
Log a support ticket directly from your PC using our support agent tool which is installed on your PC. This is the preferrable method.
Click on the up arrow on your taskbar. Double click on the on the "d"
Click "New Ticket" and enter details of your problem. A support technician will attend to the ticket
